Migraine Relief
Specially designed for tension or stress relief. Includes upper shoulders, neck, head and facial massage with focused pressure, trigger point therapy and aromatherapy if needed/wanted for a dramatically increased release of tension and mental clarity.
TMJ Relief Therapy
If you suffer with TMJ, lock jaw or jaw clenching, teeth grinding, migraines, facial tension, dental tension this is the perfect service for you. Using advance intra-oral techniques I gently relieve tension in facial muscles from inside the mouth using a gloved hand. Consults are available and service is with clothes on. So perfect for a quick stop on your daily routine.
Upper Body Only
Full body isn’t always ideal or wanted and that’s understandable. For focused upper body targeting lower back, spine, shoulders neck and arms with some basic stretching this service is ideal for a target area. Then ending with flipping face up and stretching neck, arms, pectorals forearm and hand massage. Add ons are available within service.
Just Feet
A in depth focused foot service, using muscle scraping tools (gua sha) and hot stones to relieve sore tired feet and calf muscles. Focused on chronic plantar fasciitis issues or neuropathy issues, poor circulation and swelling in the feet with certified training in these areas. Paired great with a foot scrub or foot detox treatment.

Pregnancy Massage
Congratulations on your expected little bundle of joy! Being a mother myself I love offering pregnancy massages because I get it. This service is blocked for 60 minutes but is completely customizable from 30 mins to 90, working on your focus areas, physical or emotional wellness and designed to add the most comfort and encouragement for this time for you. Paired nicely with foot scrubs amd scalp massages for ultimate relaxation.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
This advance service is great for cancer survivors, autoimmune diseases and disorders, detox needs,overall wellness and so much more. If you have swollen limbs, aware that your lymphatic system is compromised, recently sick, looking to loose water retention, this massage is for you. It is a LIGHT PRESSURE massage that affects the body deeply. 5 minute consults before services are required for clear understanding for treatment plan and service.
Body Waves Express Facial
A double cleanse, exfoliating scrub with facial steamer and extractions if needed, calming face mask, relaxing facial, neck and scalp massage and moisturizer with SPF. Aromatherapy included complimentary. This experience is great for starting off in skin care routine.
Teen Facial
Adolescent skin comes with its own challenges. Acne prone, hormonal breakouts and so much more. This customizable facial focuses on targeting teens skin type, reducing acne and inflammation and also use of product knowledge to create a at home treatment plan for preventive care moving forward.
Body Waves Signature Facial
Along with the standard facial procedures, this customizable facial offers facial analysis for better aligned products and tools in service (like cold stones, jade rollers or high frequency wand). Gentlemans Facial
With a quick and simple routine, double cleanse, exfoliating treatment and extractions if needed, calming mask, moisturizer and beard care if needed this gentleman’s facial is the perfect combination of relaxing and necessary. Relaxing head and neck and facial massage complimentary with this service. Also paired nicely with eyebrow clean up wax.
Microdermabrasion
This deep pore cleaning facial targets clogged pores, wakes up and rejuvenates tired skin for a healthier more youthful clean glow. Great for all ages, this facial comes with a double cleanse, the microdermabrasion diamond tip machine for a deep clean exfoliation and a calming mask, facial massage with cold stones and moisturizer with SPF. Follow up treatments are highly encouraged after this service to help maintain healthy skin.
Body Scrub
Wear swimwear for this service. Full body sugar scrub to help rejuvenate and wake up tired skin, remove dead skin and add moisture and circulation. Do NOT book if you have sunburn, recent cuts or injuries with open wounds.
Foot Detox
Using an ionic foot detox machine, your feet are placed in warm water with the machine coil. Another device is placed on your arm. The two devices speak to each other pulling all the toxins in your body thru the pores on the bottom of your feet. A chart is given to you as you watch the magic happen as the water changes and fills with toxins from your body so you can identify what is happening for yourself. This service helps reduce inflammation throughout the body, bring down sugar levels in diabetics (I know this for myself) reduce joint toxins, and has so many benefits. Muscle Balms And Oils
A great ad on for total body relaxation, pain relief as I like to describe these products…. It just helps your muscles to let go. If your like me that’s hard and not always doable. So it’s nice to have the assistance without needing deep tissue or a topical pain relief that has a loud aroma and tingles. Just a quiet whisper to “let go” and it truly works. Great for tension relief.
Cupping and Gua Sha
These tools are amazing for assisting deep tissue muscle therapy in massage or for helping sculpt the face during facials. Different is sizes for each service. They create more professional services with skilled knowledge of the tools for instant progress and results in body treatments.
Foot Scrubs
Helping to improve circulation and rejuvenate tired sore feet this upgrade is perfect to add to any treatment to compliment relaxation. A peppermint foot scrub is used.
